I am 40 years old and have had chronic illness for over 15 years. The past three years have been particulary difficult. During my pregnancy with my second child in 2018-2019, I had mono for the entire pregnancy and for 7 months after his birth. I finally was rid of mono at the beginning of 2020, only to follow it with severe post-partum depression and onset of widespread body pain. In the summer of 2020, I was put on Cymbalta for depression and body pain, but it made the depression worse, didn't help the physical pain, and added extreme fatgue to my list of symptoms. I started weaning of Cymbalta in the fall of 2020 and onto a different medicine (which has helped with depression) but it has been extremely difficult to wean off of Cymbalta. I am still trying to wean from it two years later. Last summer, I was diagnosed with anemia (which added to the fatigue I already have due to the Cymbalta) and extreme acid reflux. I was put on an iron supplement and an anticaid (Pantoprozolone). I have been on the antacid since November of last year and it is preventing my body from absorbing B vitamins (which is causing even more fatigue on top of the Cymbalta fatigue). I now have to receive B vitamin IV infusions weekly for the next 6-8 weeks to increase B vitamins in my body. These infusions are expensvie and I have only been able to pay for two of them so far. The infusions I have had so far have helped but I need more infusions to establish a sustained level in my body. The cost for one infusion is $163, so the total for eight infusions is $1304 and my insurance won't cover it. I also had to go to the ER last Thursday for pain and weakness in my legs and right arm. I found out that I have a broad base bulging disc in my neck that is pinching a nerve. My right arm and both legs hurt and are extremely weak. I can barely use my right arm. I need to go a chiropractor twice a week for the next 6-8 weeks to help keep pressure off that nerve in my neck. Each adjustment is $70 and, again, my insurance won't cover it. The total cost for these adjustments for six weeks is $840. I have already paid for two of these but can't pay for all of them.

I eat healthy and avoid foods that aggreviate my health issues (I don't smoke or drink alcohol, either). I have seen traditional medicine doctors and am currently seeing a functional medicine doctor. I am doing all that I can to get well.

I am a pastor of a small congregation and a mother of two young children. I already have a lot of medical bills to pay due to my other chronic health issues and the expenses of alternative therapies that insurance won't cover. I can't afford these additional expensives right now. Any help would be greatly appreiciated.
