Successful Crowdfunding requires the campaigner to utilize
his/her own resources and networks

To begin creating your successful crowdfunding campaign, follow these simple instructions:

CAMPAIGN CREATION STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS


Step 1: Click the Create Campaign button or any link "Create Campaign" anywhere on the website.

Step 2: Create an account with easily accessible e-mail.

Step 3: Campaign Title: 

This should be your “First name, Last initial”

For example, if your name is “John Smith” your campaign name would be “John S.”.
*this keeps your name private and helps protect your privacy rights*

Step 4: Goal Amount:

This should be a number without the dollar sign ($), a comma (,), and in whole amount without the cents portion (.00)

Suggested between $3,000-$10,000 based on your services requirements

Step 5: Recommended Contribution:

You may enter a recommended contribution as a number without the dollar sign ($), a comma (,), and in a whole amount without the cents portion (.00)

Example: 5 - a recommended contribution of $5

Step 6: Share Your Story:

Briefly DESCRIBE yourself in 1 to 3 paragraphs about who you are. PERSONALIZE your campaign and include any interesting facts to gain the most donations.

Step 7: Share Your Treatment Plan:

In 1 to 2 paragraphs tell your donor about your treatment plan. HOW will you use the donated funds? HOW will these funds/treatments change your life for the better?

Step 8: Share What Lead To Your Diagnosis:

Briefly DESCRIBE your diagnosis story in 1 to 3 paragraphs. HOW were you diagnosed? HOW has it affected or changed your life? WHAT have you previously done to get better?

Step 9: Add a Donor Gift Level: (optional)

  • Name your donor gift level
  • Give the level a dollar amount
  • Describe the gift
  • Enter a maximum number of gifts to be claimed
  • Estimated delivery date

Step 10: Featured Image:

This should be a captivating picture of you. It is best if the image is a square (max height 350px).

Step 11: Choose Category:

Choose your disease from the drop down menu. Click other if not listed and email info@nutritionheals.org with the information about your disease so we can add yours to the category list. For a private campaign choose Private.

Step 12: Enter Your Provider ID:

If your provider is a Registered Provider in the eFundYourHealth.org Provider Exchange you can display their information on your campaign. To find your provider's ID number, you need to search for them in the Provider Exchange.

Step 13: I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Step 14: Submit Campaign:

Before you click the submit button:

  • Double check your information
  • Spellcheck
  • Ensure all your numbers are correct
  • Double check your provider ID

You will not be able to make edits or changes once you click the submit button.

Click the button

Step 15: BROADCAST CAMPAIGN

Your campaign is now live! Copy the link and share it with your family and friends on social media and email. Sharing the link is the most effective way to gain publicity and funding. Market your campaign on all your active social media accounts for best results.
